Mr. Felix Odele was born on 24th of November, 1956 in Sapele town. He attended Government Primary School, and Okpe Grammar School Sapele, Sapele LGA, Delta State. He also attended Western Boys High School, Benin City, Edo State.
He holds NCE from the College of Education, Agbor Delta state.
He worked with Coma Industrial ltd, Warri and Ethiope Mixed Secondary School Sapele and retired in 2016.
He is currently a businessman, in real estate management and industrial services.
He is executive member, Education programme, of the Felix Anirah Foundation.
