Elder Victor Omonigho Egbedi was born on 25th of March, 1968, in Sapele, Sapele LGA, Delta State. He attended Elume grammar school, Elume-Sapele and Delta State University, Abraka, where he graduated with a Diploma, BSC in Library Science and Master of Public Administration.
He is currently the Deputy Chief Officer, Library at the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta state.
Elder Egbedi is a certified librarian and belong to Nigeria Library Association. He is married and is he blessed with children.
He is a member of the Board of Trustee of Felix Anirah Foundation.
